Rehoming Shepherd Mix

Flowery Branch GA

Description

Re-homing one great dog. Let us introduce Canela. Our family’s circumstances have changed drastically and we must seek a new home for a loyal companion. We obtained her from the Humane Society of NE Georgia in 2017. They listed her as a shepherd mix with a birth date of September 2015. We believe the mix part is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, but really aren’t sure. She has no bite history. She’s smart, responds to all basic commands, and is very trainable. She’s a medium dog, 45 pounds, chipped, fixed, house broken, crate trained, and current with all shots. We use Frontline flea and tick protection and Heartguard Plus. She’s a great companion. She loves people after being properly introduced, but still is a great watch dog. She does quite well with kids and other male dogs, but not so well with female dogs. She loves to torment cats, but nothing serious, just play. She is afraid of thunder and fireworks and needs to be with her humans during those times. She has a lot of energy and would need a fenced yard. If you are a runner, she would be a great companion. We would love to bring Canela by and introduce her to you. There is a modest re-homing fee as we want her to go to a great home. Reply by email or phone for further information.
