To honor and celebrate our treasured elders who live or lived on Detroit's Eastside This event is to honor the memories and legacies of seniors over 65, who are or were residents of McDougall-Hunt, Black Bottom, Paradise Valley, Conant Gardens, or other Detroit Eastside neighborhoods. This event is in support of the Bailey Park NDC Historic Alleyway Project. The historic alleyway will highlight and preserve the rich history of McDougall-Hunt. We encourage participants to share stories and pictures of living in the area, especially McDougall-Hunt, Paradise Valley, Black Bottom, and Conant Gardens This event is free but pre-registration is encouraged. This is an outdoor event and we will follow all current COVID protocols. The color theme is purple and gold
