Chalk Walk 2021!! CELEBRATE Parsons 150 years. The chalk drawing event will be located at the Parsons Arboretum, 21st & Briggs. The Chalk Walk is an event planned to celebrate the history of Parsons through art. The event will also create an opportunity to be outdoors on a nice day. We will have categories for individuals: 12 and under, 13-18, and 19+. We will also have categories for groups: families and businesses/organizations. The Chalk Walk art theme will be Parsons history and the celebrations of 150 years. This event is FREE! This event is free and open to the public. Artist check in will be at 8 am at the Arboretum Education Center. The public is invited to walk, watch, and vote on your favorite drawings until 8 pm. Winners will be posted on Parsons Chalk Walk FB page. Prizes will be given for favorite drawing in each category. SIGN UP now to hold a space! Rain date is August 21, Saturday.
