Dog in need of experienced home

Hello. I have a dog (Pom Eskimo mix) that needs a new home. She is fixed. She has problems in potty training and despite having had potty trained dogs before we can not get her to go outside. Unfortunately I no longer have time to train her. Due to health reason. She is about 2 years old. Ive had her for a year. Im asking a rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home. Shes a sweet girl and likes other dogs. It pains me to have to let her go but its becoming unfair to the both of us.
