We have consistent work. Will need references. Please provide separate quote for each item for labor (I provide main materials): -Door with frame replacement -Retile area of 8 tiles (tiles are 13’, not available anymore and need to be replaced by tiles 12’) -Repaint standard size apartment (2 bedrooms (100sf each), 1 bath, Living room and Kitchen)
