Need help moving two couches and a bed

I'm moving some furniture for my mom from one house to the house next door, it's a full size couch and love seat but no recliner stuff so they're relatively light, then there's a queen size mattress and a bed frame that might need to be partly disassembled. We'll be moving the stuff to a room on the ground floor, the destination house is dirty so maybe not for the squeamish but the walkways will be clear and it should be quick. I'm strong and capable but I can't do this by myself, need someone who can carry stuff but this shouldn't be hard work, the couches are ground floor but the bed does need to come down a couple flights of stairs. I want to have this done in 2 hours or less and really just 1 hour if the bed frame doesn't need to be disassembled. I live in south Everett but the work will be in the Picnic Pointe neighborhood of Mukilteo, I need to do this at 630pm monday 6/21 so you can meet me there or at my place and I'll drive us over.
