8 Month old Husky Malamute Mix

Description

Our loving boy is a Husky Malamute mix. He may have some German Shepard or Lab as well. He has been well loved and cared for. For an 8 month old he is very large and strong. We adopted him as a puppy and took him home at 8 weeks last fall. In December I got a medical diagnosis and required a very serious operation on my skull. 7 months later I am still recovering from this operation and am due to have a second surgery soon. I am physically not strong enough to care for him during my spouse's long shifts. He is in the middle of Puppy training still, has not been fixed, and is the sweetest boy at the dog park, and timid around small dogs, but loves rolling around playing with our boy cat at home. The dog park or running tires him out. Outdoors, if no dogs are present to play with, he likes to sniff and explore. We have all his vet records, he's up to date on everything, and are more than willing to continue to answer any questions ones he's been rehomed to make the transition easier on everyone. We are hoping for a periodic email update regarding his transition and how he's doing in his new home. We are asking for a $100 rehoming fee as a standard recomendation (precaution when rehoming animals, to prevent practices that are harmful towards them.) ****************** Please email me if you are interested in adopting our puppy and tell us a bit about your home and level of physical activity you plan to have him. We can have a conversation to help you figure out if he'd be a good fit and vise versa. I want the best for him, and this is heartbreaking to have to say goodbye, but we are doing so out of love and what's best for our sweet boy. ******************
