Bearded splash polish hen, “Ava,” is looking for a new coop. She is approximately 5 years old and a good layer (for being a polish). Lays a good sized white egg. She’s a little bit of a jerk and tends to be high in the pecking order (also strange for a polish) but will let you pick her up and handle her. She is missing some feathers and recently bathed and treated for mites as she came from my mother’s flock. When she feathers out, she is beautiful with a great top knot.
