JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — Three people were injured in a hot air balloon crash at Chatfield State Park in Jefferson County, Colorado, Sunday morning. The three were hospitalized with "non-life threatening injuries," the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter. Three other people who were on the hot air balloon were not injured, according to the sheriff's office. The crash occurred on land near the Chatfield Reservoir swim beach. Photos shared by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Northeast Region show first responders at the scene.
