Attention to detail in the grounds, plants, trees, equipment, tool care, trucks, machinery and the budget will determine annual bonus. Winter is for Maintenace and rest. Your ability to make judgment calls on quality and farm boy common sense will go a Long Way to be successful here. This is a highly respected facility and requires someone who respects themselves.
