Looking for someone to help out with a rental property business this summer and to start ASAP. Roughly 25-35 hours a week, depending on how fast of a worker you are and how much needs to get done. Mostly outside work so you must be able to stand the CO heat! Need someone who has experience with lawn care, pulling/spraying weeds, trimming trees, painting, general maintenance (wouldn't be doing any major repairs), cleaning and organizing, lifting heavy objects, operating small machinery (lawn mower, weed whacker, deep sprayers, drills, etc), washing cars, and very rarely communicating with tenants. An ideal applicant is someone with good work ethic, who doesn't mind working alone, someone who can be trusted and is on time and reliable.
Hours are flexible but work definitely needs to be done every week. Pays $20-30 an hour depending on experience. We operate a couple dozen rental properties in Broomfield, Westminster, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. We will provide access to a truck for getting to each property so applicant must have drivers license and clean driving record.
