I live on a two acre lot where there are two old houses, both more or less in rebuild/addon/rebuild. Here's what I'm looking to get done on a regular basis at this location (but I have another location as well). You can do some or all of the following if you feel you can. I can't give you a firm schedule but it should start at a full week depending on the jobs you want to do and then balance out to two days a week thereafter. --cut grass, edge and keep it neat. --complete rehab and do light construction (walls, flooring) --completely rehab a kitchen and bathroom --light plumbing --complete covered patio in three areas --redig a sewage line --do mechanical work as needed on my delivery truck --more Contact me and we can set a time you can come over and see the jobs... I am not looking to get this all done at one time. Flexible work schedule ok.
