House Cleaner Needed- Good Pay!

Looking for an Experienced person to clean a small, easy to clean 1-bed/1 bath dwelling. The right person should be Self-Motivated, Experienced, energetic, follow directions in the cleaning process and be GENTLE (I had a lamp & other items damaged by a cleaner who was very careless and rough while cleaning, and I didnt find out until later. Therefore, I will check each room for any damage after it's cleaned). Duties include: 1. **Most important: Wiping dust throughout the home** NO DUSTERS! They only disperse dust everywhere in the air and it resettles! Dust MUST be wiped with a damp cloth, with a hypoallergenic cleaning solution until it is left clean. Dust wiping includes cleaning: -the vertical blinds -appliances -tables/desks -on and above window sills -lamps -electric cords -the top of the fridge -Wherever else there is dust - Vacuuming the floors: including the edges/corners & under any table or desk. Some lightweight things need to be moved aside to vacuum those areas. Use vacuum extensions as necessary. - Cleaning small bathroom and small kitchen with cleaning solutions as needed. - Mopping 2 small linoleum floor areas with cleaning solution. I will show you in each room or area the important areas to be cleaned. After it has been cleaned I will check the room to make sure it was properly cleaned. It is simple cleaning (not many appliances, items, etc), but it must be done well. Please provide 2 references. Good pay for the right person! Contact me and provide your phone number.
