wow alot of conservative posts in a liberal state..who would of thunk? yeh right, the election was honest..lmao really.. Anyway, I got to get away from a relationship, its not good for me. so I asked my son if he would drive to mexico with me...he said ok, so cool. I made some money so I could rent a nice car from enterprise. Alls good, I got full insurance and etc. we good son, lets go. I can drive mornings with coffee, but about 2pm I need a beer so you drive from 2pm until ? he loved it, alls good. So, we are closing in on the border, so I call enterprize in salem asking if they can get us mexico auto insurance. Its a big deal trust me. THey said "when you get to san diego, call the san diego enterprise rental and they will fix you up..ok, cool. So I call and they say "you cant take the car over the border, mexico will consider the car stolen" now they tell me? 3 days of driving? so, I let my younger days flow with my son and said eff it, lets just go. So we coast past the border easy peasy so we are high fiving each other right? but my dad thing came back and said" lets count our luck, park the car at the motel and walk everywhere" that was fine. kinda sucked but there were plenty of taxis and shyte anyway. the day before coming home, we had to take the car to a gas station, so my son, an iphone genius found us the safest route to a gas station. I let him drive, and hell wtf, we get pulled over.. basically a illegal uturn, an illegal (stolen) car so to say the least, we both pissed our pants. My son tho, I mean where did he think of this? he said "sorry officer, anyway we can take care of this here? cause we are going home tomorrow".. the officer says, it will cost you 200. So I reached in my pocket and paid him 200..insane yeah? later having a couple beers with locals, I shared the story, and they laughed at me and said "he meant 200 pesos"..ah crap, thats like $5...whatever, at least not in jail. So time to come home. 3 hours traffic, its musch easier going in than coming out (thats what she said, lol). so, basically a stolen car, so we were nervous. Man, 20 feet from the border and the fkr says go to the second check point. ah shit, so close right? my son goes, "dad, I have molly in my back pack"...Im like "umm, i have pot and lsd" we basically had a pharmacy in our backpacks in the back of the suv. So the officer opens the back door, checks the empty ice chest and says move on...dear jesus I will never do drugs again...ive said that before so ignore me. I think de-crim drugs to focus more on help was a good idea...applaud oregon...oh, so my son who lives in portland seems to lean left a bit, I try to ignore, no [politics in family, but he says kamela put more black people in jail than anyone on the planet..I go..the planet? I dont think so..he says, yes the fking planet...maybe he is full of it I dont know, but he is a left leaner. so...
