Talented Lead and Rhythm Guitarist Lead Vocalist for band

I am looking to put together a really talented rock band to gig here in Austin and perhaps beyond. I am an experienced and very talented Lead and Rhythm Guitarist with live sound and arranging experience. I can certainly build a band myself, but would rather decide on the vocalist first and build the sound around them. I come from classic rock, blues and funk roots, and can authentically play everything from Albert King to Earth Wind amd Fire, Santana, Led Zep all the way to Kid Rock and Alice N Chains. Anything heavier and I feel ridiculous. So if you have a dynamic and powerful voice, stage presence and can fit in those genres we may be a great fit. I know lots of musicians and can book gigs, so the rest will be a fairly quick ramp. I believe it starts with vocals, as nobody goes home humming guitar solo. My rhythm playing is pro caliber, and I can solo really well too, I just won't bury the crowd with needless noodling. The song dictates, and the singer is in front. If you think you want to talk further reach out for a conversation. Covers or good originals are great as I would rather play a good cover than a bad original. If you have songs that are good, we will play them. If not we start covers and maybe collaborate on originals. I'm open. The most important thing for me is to find the singer first.
