Looking for Carpet Installer (sub-contractor) for interior and exterior to work with us the contractor full time and part-time. We work on tenants move in and move out for apartments and homes. Must have experience of removing the existing carpet and padding from the interior and exterior which includes the removing of the existing carpet and glue (adhesive) from the patio concrete floors. We the contractor haul away the existing carpet from the Jobsite. Also, must have knowledge/experience of how to cut the carpet correctly and accurately. Must have the knowledge to prepare the surface for installing the new carpet turf. Must have all necessary tools. All materials are provided by us the contractor. You must have one helper in case if it is needed. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! THIS IS AN EXCELLENT JOB OPPORTUNITY! Must be hardworking, energetic, clean, and organized.
