I'm hosting an event on August 21 from 6 - 11 PM. I need someone to bring speakers and be in charge of making sure music is playing. You don't need to curate the music; we'll just give you a Spotify playlist to play from. Just bring the speakers and make sure the music is playing. That's all. If there's a part of a song that's just silence or people talking, skip to the next song. The event is outdoors, and you'll have shade, a seat and food/water. The space is a large backyard (30 feet x 100 feet), and the music won't be too loud, so the speakers don't have to be top notch, but they also can't be one tiny portable speaker. The pay is $400 for 6 hours (5 PM - 11 PM). This is an easy gig. Experience with doing sound for events a big plus. Email if interested.
