About Me: I’m Laura - it’s nice to meet you :) I am 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher who is back in Manhattan after a 4 year stint away (mostly Seattle, WA but lots of traveling around too). I am so happy to be back in the greatest city in the world spreading the transformative powers of yoga with my neighbors and visitors to our city alike. Yoga has been a tremendous gift in my life and it is my honor to be able to share this practice with you.
