ABOUT US: Semi-established (fully vaccinated) north of Boston indie rock band seeks drummer to fill out lineup for 4-piece ensemble. Players include guitar/vocals, bass, cello/keyboards. Members have previously played in bands such as The Burning Paris, Lavinia, Eksi Ekso, On Fire and more. Band name is established and 5-6 songs are in pieces to be put together by full lineup. Loose set of like minded sounds: Mineral, Mogwai, Early Day Miners, Red House Painters, Death Cab For Cutie, Dry The River, Cursive, American Analog Set, The Cure, Pedro the Lion… etc etc. and / or others that have that sort of vibe. ABOUT YOU: You’ve been in bands before. You can keep time/play to a click track when recording. You know what a song needs and doesn’t need. You’re looking to write, practice, record, and play shows. You might have a place to rehearse. That would be great, otherwise must be willing to travel to North Shore, MA for hourly room rental (split between 4 people). You’re serious about music, but have a good sense of humor about the rest of things in life.
