Seeking a part-time Maintenance Coordinator for residential rental units. Responsibilities include: - Supporting Maintenance Manager in completing rental turnovers - Light plumbing, electrical, household troubleshooting, landscaping, and grounds upkeep - Responding to tenant work orders promptly - Coordinating jobs with vendors and ensuring timely completion - Communicate with Property Manager regarding concerns, deadline - Light maintenance including caulking, spackling, touch-up painting, etc. All supplies provided. Must have excellent communication skills and a desire to learn. Background check required.
