Extra pair of hands for a move

I'm moving out of a one bedroom on the 14th floor (have elevator) into a 1 bedroom on the ground floor in Stoneham. I will rent the truck (one trip). Just need help carrying things down into the truck and into my new apartment. Everything will be boxed up so it shouldn't take very long. Must be able to help me carry a sectional couch (e.g lift 80-100lbs). Must be available on June 30th 9am-1pm. Email me w/ your phone number and i'll get in touch!
