Cleaning, carpet cleaner, some minor repairs $12 per hr

Hi, It's a beautiful townhouse that needs a good cleaning, including the window sills, door frames, light switches, etc. There is some handy work, if you're interested.... some touch up painting, hanging a picture, etc. The floors, 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen island need to be done the most. I have a carpet cleaner that 1 bedroom, the stairs and 4 rugs need done. The rest of the floors are wood laminate and ceramic. I've injured my shoulder so I have a robot vacuum now but you'll need to bring any cleaners and other supplies. I do have some finishing supplies, like floor shine that will need to be done manually. The back porch will need swept, hosed down and weeds pulled around the edge. The edge is about 6 inches wide and 15 feet long. I need someone that can focus and be fast. Experience preferred. It pays $12 per hour with a bonus if your fast. Plan for on 4 or 5 hours the first time. We need 8 things before consideration... 1. Please include a PHONE number. 2.
