Want to adopt a small to medium dog

Hello. I am an experienced previous dog owner of many years. I would like to adopt and give the best care to, a more quiet, small to medium sized dog. Male or female. I do live in a pet friendly apartment building. I use a local vet in Chenango Bridge for my pet's care. I am an active person who likes to be outside, so a dog who loves longer walks would be preferred. Unfortunately, I do not have a car at this moment, so if an owner would be willing to meet me near here, on the west side of Binghamton, great. Please send a few pics and description of the dog you are trying to find a good home for. The adoption fee should be reasonable. Thank you!
