We had bought three rats from a pet store this past spring-the young store keeper had assured me they were all male. However, upon the entrance of 17 new baby rats on Mother’s Day, it became clear that two of them were female! We of course separated the male from the female rats, but are now looking for homes for each of the baby rats. Some are grey, some are white, all of them are handled daily and very sweet.
