⛳️ Chix with Stix is BACK IN FULL SWING this year! ⛳️ We are pleased to invite you to be a sponsor of the 23rd annual Chix with Stix Golf Outing, a benefit for The Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research at The Ohio State University’s Comprehensive Cancer Center –Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute. All of the ladies in the Columbus area design community are invited to attend this special event. Chix with Stix goes beyond the boundaries of our business and touches everyone in a personal way. We all know that 2020 was a hard year so we are eager to get back on the course with you!! We are very proud that the “Chix” event is still in the Top 5 private community–based fundraisers for The James. Each year all of the sponsorship dollars, over the cost of the outing, go directly to the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research, funding this amazing work right here in our community.   In celebrating 23 years our donations have totaled over $500,000.00!! The event will be held at the Raymond Memorial Golf Course in Hilliard again this year. It is minutes from I-270 and a short drive from downtown. We will continue to use EventBrite this year for our sponsorship and golfer registration. This allows the convenience of making a credit card payment. If you find it easier to write a check, or if you would like to avoid a service fee, please feel free to make your payment, by check, to one of the committee members. Please note, no sponsorship levels may be split between 2 or more vendors. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to committee member Gayle Zimmerman and she can assist you in our sponsorship options! For the sponsorship levels including volunteers, you will be able to invite clients, designers, architects, or anyone else who you would like to represent your company as a Chix Volunteer on the day of the event. There will be a volunteer meeting prior to September 10th, which will allow us to define responsibilities, make assignments, and answer any questions you may have. The “Team Spirit Award” will once again be awarded to the most creative team, determined by our devoted volunteers. Registration will begin at 10:30 am, tee off will be at 11:45 am. Due to the excitement of the raffle in years past, we highly encourage you to contribute to this portion of the day as well. All sponsors are able to donate prizes for the raffle. Items donated in the past include spa and restaurant gift cards, MasterCard or Visa gift cards, product donations and many other creative items. Please contact a committee member with any questions regarding the raffle. All raffle items must be confirmed by September 6th. We sincerely hope that you will be able to join us at Raymond Memorial Golf Club on Friday, September 10, 2021 for Chix with Stix.
