Property Foreman and repair manager /Property renovation oversight and coordinatior needed for single family residence located on half acre property in riverlands subdivision ************ ************TO BE CLEAR; I AM LOOKING FOR A PERSON THAT CAN DO BOTH PHYSICAL LABORIOUS PROPERTY REPAIR WORK; AS WELL AS THE CAPABILITY TO FIND, CALL AND SCHEDULE PROPOSED COMPANIES TO COME TO PROPERTY AND PROVIDE PROPOSALS FOR DESIGNATED PROPERTY RENOVATION PROJECTS Additionally the individual must be able to have skills in organization, communication, supervisory general computer skills, self motivated, etc in order to initiate and oversee pending required upkeep projects such as finding a licensed contractor meet with them acquire proposals and present to property owner) " a liaison between property owner and maintenance workers. ******MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK EFFICIENTLY AS WELL AS HANDLE PRESSURE UNDER TIME RESTRAINTES ************Must be comfortable working around large dogs. ********* Intial salary $550.00/WK Initial work hours are MWF 9-4/4:30 (flexible) Work hours may transition to full time if workload requires such. ****** FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKER IS MANDATORY/REQUIREMENT****** ********** Spanish speaker is strongly urged but NOT REQUIORED
