Maintenance / Construction worker needed

With deep regrets we have lost a key worker due to his wife being a traveling nurse and having to move to S Carolina. So here we are looking. Have full time work for an individual that can do maintenance, painting, construction work, help with installing 2 metal roofs, and miscellaneous help where needed work. Someone with mechanical experience on trucks, tractors, mowers would be helpful, that can jump in and figure out what to do. A good welder would be a plus. There may be days of cutting grass and landscape work. Able to get the work done. Able to climb ladders when needed. Someone who drives a pickup would be ideal. Someone who is good at operating a bobcat type loader would be helpful. Someone who grew up and worked on a farm would be the be ideal. Must have a working phone, dependable, ambition and a good work ethic to do a good job as fast as possible. We need to know what experience you have and where are you located. Not necessarily interested in someone over 25 miles from our locations. Pay is hourly and is by the week, not every day. No advances. Will pay better for someone that has the experience, can be left alone without having to constantly look at their phone. Actually prefer that the phone is left in the vehicle like we do. Makes sure the work gets done and also has a good attitude. We try to mix up the work so it is not the same thing all of the time. There is outdoor work on good days and indoor work on bad days. Work days are Monday through Friday. Possible Saturday work if you want it. Pay by cash or we can pay more by check.
