Looking for hourly maintenance sub contractors. Must have your own vehicle and tools.
Jobs will include minor plumbing and electrical such as outlets, wall repairs, window repairs, locks, etc
Will need to coordinate with tenants to get jobs completed. We have a great system to help with that!
