Five Asian Fusion Courses Paired with Five Wines from the Bordeaux Region of France Enjoy a magnificently paired dinner featuring three of Chef Tammy's favorite dishes and two new offerings, including the pictured Wagyu Steak, devised expressly for this dinner. All five courses will be paired with five wonderful wines selected from Aquitaine Wine's portfolio of family owned vineyards in Bordeaux France. Proposed Menu below - Subject to Change. Jules Martin, native son of Bordeaux, will be on hand to discuss the wines' histories, terroirs and more about each wine served during the evening.
