ABOUT THE POSITION The Dishwasher/porter position’s primary responsibilities are to wash dishes and to maintain organized storage of all pots, pans, and plates. Other responsibilities are primarily janitorial, including trash/compost/recycling. The ideal candidate will be personable, cool-headed, and able to coordinate with other kitchen staff. There is a lot of room to grow with-in the Dedalus group and we are looking for people who want to move into larger rolls in the future. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization Maintain poise and professionalism during busy periods Washing dishes Organize inventory of all service ware and cookware Maintain adherence to SSOPs, and keep up with daily cleaning tasks Clean kitchen/dish area thoroughly if closing MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must have nights and weekends available Willingness to learn and to work within prescribed SOPs Have a cool head Work well with others Organizational Skills Attention to detail Strong Communication skills If this sounds like you apply using the link below:
