Install a ceiling fan $600 - 20' ceiling

The ceiling in my living room is vaulted at 20’ at the peak, I have a new ceiling fan I need installed. It’s on the 3rd floor and a 20’ ladder will not fit up the stairs, it will need another creative solution. Probably some 6' - 11' scaffolding and a ladder. House of Rentals in Skokie has various 6' - 11' scaffolding and a 8' ladder for $150/day. $600 to the first one that can do it.
