Lost bike Found in Med Center

Lost bicycle found in Medical center area. reply with some identfying feature of this bike not pictured. If you know the combo to the lock? I found it in some bushes just outside the complex. I suspect that it was borrowed without permission. Bike has been outside for awhile. (rusty but repairable) I don't intend to sell this. Do not make offers. I want to return it to the rightful owner.
