Instructor: Lara Paxton Have you ever paged through a book on herbs, seen the list of active constituents and wondered, What even is an alkaloid? What's a terpene, anyway? This class provides a friendly, humorous introduction to the most useful basics of organic and biochemistry as it applies to herbs. Just learning a few concepts from basic science gives you access to deeper new levels of understanding your plant allies.
