Announcing the return of The REAL Beer Yoga - Yoga WITH beer, not yoga THEN beer. DETAILS -You get two beers, one during yoga and one afterwards -All sessions will be outdoors at The Hall DSM -All skill levels are welcome. -The cost will be $20, unless you are a mental health provider. We want to show our appreciation of these hard-working people that played a special role during the pandemic these people will get in for free. -Space is limited so sign up as soon as you see the link. -The Hall will open to the public and start serving food at 11. But you'll already have your beer so you'll be good! -Your talented certified instructor, Stephanie Biondi, is planning some memorable yoga experiences for you. She’s a 200 hr Certified Yoga instructor, plus certification in Sculpt and Yin Yoga. You will love her! -All proceeds will go to support the Justice League of Food's Culinary Job Training Program for at-risk youth and Community Meals Program. SAVE THESE DATES!
