Class starts at 10am and is an hour vinyasa practice. Miel has a beautiful plant filled courtyard that we can spread out in. Your ticket gets you into class + a beverage of your choice from Mammoth Espresso or Miel Brewery + taproom! Class size is limited to 15 people. Masks must be worn at all times before and after class but can be taken off for class if you are fully vaccinated. Bring your own mat and water.
