*How do I Sign Up* Step 1: Visit out signup page and pick a time so that we know when to expect you: https://calendly.com/ppamicrochip/2021 Step 2: Follow this link to fill out the microchip registration information: https://forms.gle/hyj3aqfiAVVaetNb7 *When you arrive* Pet Owners will drive up to check in – we will verify that you have entered the necessary information for the microchip or help you do it right from you car. Volunteers will take your pet inside the building to be chipped and tagged. *Requirements* * Dogs on leash (and muzzle if needed); cats in carriers * People must be in cars and wearing masks * Microchip information form (https://forms.gle/hyj3aqfiAVVaetNb7) must be completed electronically as we will not be handling paper, pens, or clipboards * Patience and Flexibility – This is our second contact less clinic – please expect hiccups (hopefully fewer) this time around! *Donations* While this is a free event, donations allow Pflugerville Pets Alive to help homeless pets get care they need and find their forever homes.
