ECSTATIC CEREMONYWelcome in Summer with the first Full Moon of the Season by joining in ceremony Sunday morning outside by the Chattahoochee River. (Yes we will be in the shade) What does this Ecstatic Ceremony entail? * A special ceremony of Sacred Cacao will be served to open our hearts. * We will be taught a unique flow of Kundalini Yoga to honor the Sun in the constellation of Cancer and the Capricorn Full Moon . *We will Astro chat about the stars, the sun and the moon and what that means to us. *Move your body with joy through a guided movement practice to get in tune with our intuition and our bodies. *Rest in a restorative and healing Reiki Shavasana. *Bring your bathing suit to play in the river afterwards! What to bring?* Water bottle + special ceremonial cup for cacao *Journal + Pen *Yoga Mat or Blanket *Your Unique Self (optional: a bathing suit to jump in the river after our dance!)
