Join Healthy Dent County Fitness Center for a special 6 week session of Cardio Drumming. Cardio Drumming is a choreographed class involving drumming on a stability ball for a fun workout. Integrating cardio moves and strength training, you will leave this class with a smile on your face while having worked every muscle. Cardio drumming is perfect for all fitness levels.
