I have various construction projects going like fence building, staining a fence, remodeling interior and exterior of the house, also painting, light electrical and some roofing. Must be willing to do some labor projects as well. Please have all your tools and transportation ! Must be responsible, pictures of your work would be nice but not necessary ! Multiple projects going on so work could last for a couple months depending on your ability to get along with others and carry out task in a timely matter, please no drinking or drugs and also you must be reliable ! Pays cash under the table and starts between 20 to $30 an hour depending on your skill set ! Job is located in Santa Rosa and I would prefer that a person would be based out of Sonoma county ! First week pay is cash daily until a relationship is developed then after that it would be weekly !
