Lost keys near hwy sat afternoon

Lost set of keys on a red and black strap. The camper place in Jackson left them on back of my truck and didn’t know and they fell off. There was a silver cylinder with my heart pills in it. Also a mailbox key, gate key,and a old lock box key and my dodge key fob.
