Mini Pinscher in need of home

I have a mini pin who is in need of a new home. He is roughly 4 and half months old. I have dewormed him and gave him his shots personally. He is a very sweet dog, who absolutely loves attention and to play. He loves to play with other dogs and gets along great with our two cats. He also loves playing with kids. He does well with our niece and our infant son. He is potty trained and has been doing great with crate training. The only reason we have to rehome him is because we are moving to a place with no backyard and that just wouldn’t be fair to him. We are asking a rehoming fee of $500 just to get back what we paid for him. He will go with his dog food, slow feeder bowl and large play pen.
