Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 06/18/2021 3:31 AM 6/17/21 2021-1641, Driving While License Suspended: On 06/17/21 at 7:07 p.m., sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 and Albright Road in Oswego Township for suspended registration.  Rebekah Esparza, a 39-year-old female from the 500 block of Hoyles Avenue in Aurora, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, driving on a suspended driver's license, and no insurance. Esparza was issued a recognizance bond and released. 2021-1641, Driving While License Suspended: The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
