The Sign Dude is a group of highly skilled, creative thinkers who design and produce retail graphics, signs and packaging. We do work for big brands and small companies alike, specializing in designing and printing large retail campaigns, event graphics, retail displays and other marketing programs. We work hard but have fun designing and producing really cool stuff… In Fact, some of the coolest stuff in Southern Oregon. We are currently looking to add a Production / Fabriacation person to our team. As a member of the Production Team, you will work with our project management, printing and CNC cutting staff to assemble, build and fabricate 3D & 2D production projects. You will apply stickers,sand and prep finishes, paint projects, assemble packaging and put together kits for retail stores. As we work across many mediums and industries for our clients, this is a position for someone who enjoys a challenge that varies from day to day and wants to grow within a fun, creative and growing team. Required Skills: Ability to follow basic instructions on a project and follow along solving problems to create a desired product Strong hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity working on detailed projects Basic construction, painting and fabrication knowledge required Basic understanding or desire to learn large format printing processes, materials, installation and fulfillment Understanding of 3D fabrication manufacturing materials and solutions Creative thinker and problem solver Self-motivated and skilled at building relationships Oral communication skills Extreme attention to detail Ability to jump between multiple projects and multi-task quickly and effectively Must be able to work in a fast paced, extremely deadline-driven environment We Offer: Fun, creative and casual work environment Substantial benefits package (medical, dental, vision + 401k w/employer match) High standards of quality and creativity A tight-knit, strong team of employees providing WOW High profile projects We are looking for the right candidate, willing to commit to a long-term relationship.
