Leaking pipe

Description

Had a plumber come in and install a new copper pipe replacing quest piping. Next day is is leaking again and the plumber is unresponsive. One leak is at a cutoff valve. There may also be a leak at the connection where the copper pipe meets the quest pipe. Looking for someone that can fix the leaks. If you are familiar with quest piping, please let me know what you would charge to come out and fix the leaks. What form of payment do you accept? How much experience do you have with plumbing and with quest piping in particular. What is your availability?
