Older male yorkie

Hello, I have an older male yorkie who is up to date on shots and neutered. He is 10 years old and has a heart murmur (that he has had for many, many years). We have others dogs and he has started to get scared around them. He likes to play with our small poodle, but he doesn’t like being around our bigger dogs (50-75 pounds). We want him to go to a home where he is the only dog or there is only one other dog. If we can’t find someone to take him, we don’t want him to go to the shelter, so send me a message if you know of a rescue. He still has good life left in him and still loves to play and be goofy. He enjoys car rides and chewing on bones!
