Looking for Recording studio space / partners

Need a place to put my gear and work a few days/nights a week. Age 30 engineer/producer indie/pop/mellow rock/hip hop If you have a detached garage, small warehouse or any existing recording studio rooms available, I'm looking for one or two interested parties/bands/producers who are interested in collaborating on building/co-renting a studio, or renting some space/time in your existing studio. I have some experience building & designing studios for acoustic treatment & isolation. Depending on the type of space and combined budget we can collaborate on design and build as we go. I have construction experience and know some contractors/builders if we need help, but realistically my current budget is probably too low to do anything professional as far as sound isolation goes. Acoustic treatment should be fairly easy though. For rent I'm looking for around $1600-2200 /month or less split 2 or 3 ways depending on the type of space/time needs and gear contribution. I'm pretty flexible with everything. Just want to make some music. Would be awesome if you had a nice piano like a U1 or U3 or even some synths, or any analog gear/tape machines would be rad.
