Joan was an active member in her community for over 20 years. Owner of JGA Antiques and a board member of Valatie Economic Redevelopment Association. But she was more than that, she was a friend who was always there for you. She always had a smile on her face, caring, smart and funny. If you knew her, she was very compassionate to others and lit up a room wherever she was. Beautiful inside and out. She leaves behind a loving husband just short of their 50th anniversary, siblings, nieces and nephews, friends, and a community that is grieving. She gave so much to us and now it's time to give back to her family in this desperate time of need. Please share this page on social media and other places to help further the cause.
