Hello Everyone! And welcome! Id like to welcome you to enjoy a wonderful Saturday evening for Renew Sound bath meditation. This event is for us to gather together to practice self love in nature ​ I start the event with a light Yoga/Stretching Then move into a teaching on self love-/self care and connecting with your inner happiness and relaxation with the incredible sounds of Crystal singing bowls (sound bath) ​ Location: Alamitos Heights Park 5105 E. Vermont St Long Beach Park on the street Time:6:30-8:00pm Location for Parking: Alamitos Heights Park(Plenty of parking on the street) ​(DAY OF EVENT) What to bring: Yoga mat, Pillow and Blanket Cost:$10 ​Namaste
