Bathroom Vent Install and Drywall

For guest bathroom: Not sure what space is on interior but current exterior vent measures 15"x 15". Attached is specs of new one. Might need some drywall work. Possibly Friday (6/25) anytime before 4pm. For master bathroom: Just a small rectangular space that needs drywall.
