Can you find a hidden GPS device on a car ? It is not from my cell phone. I don't need to discuss why it's there or who it belongs to. It's not a repo company or police. I'd pay a bonus if it's found. I'll get many people who'll say they can find it. I'll pay the person that convinces me.
